Excused Absence Form
Click here to complete an Excused Absence Form.
Paper copies are available by the bulletin board in the band room and should be completed & signed by a parent and turned in to Mr. Loar PRIOR to an absence that is to be excused (except in cases of emergency absences)
Emergency Medical Forms
Forms are due to Mr. Loar or Ms. Linerode by Thursday, June 2nd.
Google Classroom
Important files as well as sheet music, recordings, and more can be found in the HS Band's Google Classroom.
Students will be added to the google classroom automatically by Mr. Loar. Parents may link their account(s) to their child's through the school website, which will give access to those files as well.
